Galeria Promocyjna invites you for a guided tour of Vasyl Lyakh’s solo exhibition “near/far” in English. The artist, curator and writer specialising in Eastern European art will present her perspective on the works of the Ukrainian artist and show the broader context of the creation of the works.

Katie Zazenski: artist, curator, director of Stroboskop Art Space, writer and editor for BLOK magazine. Her work has been featured in exhibitions at public and private institutions including the San Diego Art Institute (US), the Zachęta National Gallery of Art (PL), the Contemporary Art Center in Vilnius (LT). For the past 2,5 years she has worked under the name Shelley Odradek, initially a collaboration developed while in residence at the Center for Contemporary Art, Ujazdowski Castle (PL) in 2020. Focusing on material relations between digital + physical space, Shelley has worked with Warszawa Biennale, Digital Artist Residency, the University of North Carolina, and Foksal Gallery. Her newest project, Shadow Archive, was developed for Immerse!, on view at Tallinn Art Hall (EE) thru April 2023. Zazenski received her MFA in Sculpture from the Cranbrook Academy of Art (US) and is a two-time Fulbright Research Fellow to Poland.
